Here a question, How food pyramid looks like before the era of obesity and heart disease?

There was no such thing. That is propaganda invented by (well meaning?) people of the "modern" era.
But what my grandparents did? Eat whole foods like meat and vegetables. Don't eat very much processed foods. Eat whole grains. Limit your sugar to a minimum or as a treat. Don't drink much if at all. Going to a restaurant is also a treat.
They were healthy and for and lived a long time.
