Every Thursday and Friday at 5pm EST for 30 minutes everyone just posts random content and zaps as many notes as they can.

It's amount of zaps over zap amount so. 1 sat zaps or whatever you want. It's a stress test on the network, mostly wallet of satoshi.

Then a 30 minute cool down.
