So the governor of New Mexico declared an public health emergency, then suspended the constitution and state laws by suspending gun carry laws via executive order.
Some points for those in New Mexico to consider:
1. Executive orders are not laws. Act accordingly
2. New Mexico repealed qualified immunity in 2021, sue the crap out of her.
3. Then impeach and remove her from office
This needs nipped in the bud. I have a feeling this is a trial run before going national.
It’s not a feeling. It’s a form of “2 weeks to flatten the curve”.
It’s an attempt to see how far they can go.
It directly violates both the NM State, and the US Constitution. They know this. And they are doing it anyway.
