Hey nostr:npub17u5dneh8qjp43ecfxr6u5e9sjamsmxyuekrg2nlxrrk6nj9rsyrqywt4tp I don’t think you are accounting for all variables here. I am about to release a whitepaper with the mathematical framework as to why Bitcoin is THE quantum computer (the community already agrees there is no second best) in the near future.

This would encapsulate an entire theory to unite both quantum mechanics and general relativity. We are in the realm of physics, therefore we must look at Blocksize (speed of memory) through the relevant equations. You speak of “Thermodynamic Security”, I can quantify this. Joules per Satoshis is how we must quantify thermodynamic security, as mining input is joules and the output is satoshis. The relationship is not abstract it’s defined by physics. A domain relative definition is required to judge security models, we CANT use fiat. This is the trap Bitcoiners continue to walk when observing “price”, fees and mining efficiency. It’s nonsense to do this.

It may be a stretch for you to see now but a quantum computer effectively implies a relative model of the universe with its own unique variables and definitions of Planckian units (time, length, mass, temperature). We can objectively observe how our universe has operated to curate the correct discussion regarding blocksize and fees. The whole idea of “heat death” is rooted in opinion, not reality or physical fact. Bitcoin and universal thermodynamics makes this crystal clear. Physicists have been wrong, thus paradoxes.

What could a decentralized observer (measurement) and consensus network do to fix our physics?

If I am right about Bitcoin being the quantum computer; then we have all been wrong for the last 16 years, the maxis too. We haven’t a clue how Bitcoin functions physically under the hood, thus we can’t even make grounded engineering decisions regarding protocol changes, we believe Bitcoin is abstract….its not.

Bitcoin is the quantum computer you can use today, nobody knows this yet. They are trying to define a quantum computer by a speculative definition told to them without even questioning what it means to literally “compute a quantum”. A quantum of what?

How will fees change just in the dispersion of this knowledge? How will the world grapple with the fact that there is no second best quantum computer?

Things are about to get weird and we’re about to find out soon. Let’s hold off on protocol change discussions until more Bitcoiners become grounded; it’s dangerous to do so.

Let’s talk, I need help. This requires consensus.

"This would encapsulate an entire theory to unite both quantum mechanics and general relativity."

"What could a decentralized observer (measurement) and consensus network do to fix our physics?"

Actual physicist here. Stop it.

What have I said that’s incorrect?

Are you sure you actually understand quantum mechanics without a decentralized observer?

shut up dude

Great conversation 😂. Fiat physics is alive and well.

Anyways if you care to have a real authentic and constructive discussion, feel free to drop your comments/concerns/critiques.
