gotcha. i've tried different ways. i haven't been able to easily maintain temperature with what i own.

I've heard a sous vide works as well

yea, i think that's the way i want to go. i hear #[4]​ talk about sous vide and make reference to yogurt making. than the appliance would be dual usage

I love my sous vide to cook with. I'll probably wind up trying yogurt with it, I just use the instapot because it looked easier for the first try
