It’s a little too late for that

I’m coming out of the blue with this but my best lip balm advice is Lansinoh or Medela lanolin. Also works overnight for chapped noses after a cold.

do it

My go-to has always been aquaphor. That shit is gold

What are you doing tomorrow?

Hopefully finish unpacking and shopping for the crib. Who knows though.

You are living in Denver now? What part of town?

Cap Hill

I lived there a while ago. Must check out city oh city, Black Box, Benny Blancos pizza, Argonaut Liquor, Herbs and Arts. Take some time to get settled, when you feel like it let’s meet up!

Denver is 5,279 feet above sea level so your body is dehydrated simply for being at elevation plus it’s dry there this time of year. You’re not drinking enough water. Think you’re drinking enough water? Drink more.

Been trying to be adamant about that. It’s also a big change from virtually sea level.

Your body is making more red blood cells to off set the thinner air. This also leads to dehydration. Everyone is different but it makes my body two weeks to full acclimate. During this time it’s easy to get dehydrated. Same goes when people fly. Fly on a long flight and you’re “jet lagged” when you arrive like most people think? They are just actually super dehydrated but don’t know it. Makes you feel tired and super shitty. They need to drink water!
