Tuna steaks, on the barbecue. Shrimp, on the barbeque burgers also on the barbecue, I don’t freeze steaks, I grill those fresh from the butcher. Even chicken wings, but does take quite a long time to cook properly when frozen. Everything is on the barbeque typically.
I have to freeze steaks since I go food shopping once a week, typically.
