The Ecologists have unveiled a proposal for a carte vitale dedicated to food, credited with €150 a month for all French people.

The proposal will be examined on February 20 and would cost... 120 billion!

How would it be financed?

A mix of public funds (50%), local authorities (25%) and voluntary contributions (25%). So 100% taxpayers...
