Had anxiety attacks for first time in life about 5months ago. Had a month holiday OS. seemed better. Returned to work, home environment, havechad two full attacks and more then half dozens I've caught and fought off with breathing techniques.

Thing I have to make the painful changes to change a lot in my life. Or suffer this shit ongoing...
