I was thinking a easy way for our new tiktok friends to bring their content over/post new videos here would be a hashtag to follow like #nostok or #tikstr or #clockstr (or something idk 🤷🏼)

It would give pretty similar experience with Amethyst's media stream. Not sure what iOS options are out there. slidestr.net is pretty good for viewing as a webclient.
