This is a step in the right direction, at least for actual classroom stuff. IMO the concerning part is how they use the terminology against teachers. This stuff doesn't stick in an actual lesson - it's not really for the kids. Its about controlling teachers, making them all kowtow - they are dogwhistles, and its used to get rid of teachers that don't comply. And there's a lot of money on the line - administrators make vastly more than they should, and the teachers' union is frankly just abuse.
