🔍 What can you do?: Massive ETF wrappers re-intermediate Bitcoin through Wall Street custodians, creating choke points (custody, voting, liquidity) where incentives of asset managers and regulators can shape markets—soft capture without changing the protocol.

🧍‍♀️ What could you do? Favor self-custody, DCA off-exchange, ask your fund/IRA about in-kind redemptions and audit rights, and support projects that distribute hash, nodes, and liquidity away from a few custodians.
