We are very similar.
I think there's a type of guy lol
I generally prefer durability and function over aesthetics. But sometimes, a well executed combination of both finds beauty too. The TP and Glock are two of the best examples. And 1990s SUVs, but I get more push back when I go down that route 😂
And the little light just warms my soul. If they ever remove that, I'll know TP is officially dead.
Not only that, I find that they feel very robust and well built, especially the older models
They certainly do. My Gen 3 T14 continues to survive me, which is no small feat. I wish they were as modular as the older models though. I'm okay with thickness and weight if I get something in return for it.
My T420 has been online running 24/7 as a node since 2012....
Still going strong.
