They have a very narrow toe box, which doesn’t allow your foot to fully engage with the floor. Also, the soft sole collapses. Take a look at my foot caving inward slightly at the bottom of the squat. You want to keep the torque through the entire movement to protect ankles, knees, hips, etc…#fitness #squat #lifting
