When I was 17, I discovered the Gateway Experience during a road trip with my mom — she’s since passed, but that moment changed my life.

Later that year, I dove into Robert Monroe’s books and began exploring altered states through meditation. One session stands out: I focused on a ring I’d lost — it belonged to my great-grandfather. During the meditation, I felt myself get up and walk to my storage closet, moving about ten boxes to find the ring in the last one.
