Why do they bring up LGBTQ related stuff at work? It is just another community but why our HR department is bringing it up to begin with? What does it have anything to do with work? Not trying to be anti anything, but isnt this pushing a specific agenda?

Come chat in simplex I'm sure there's plenty of like minded people & with unification + coordination there could be a first step in progress. Aren't you tired of every TV show & movie having to have one gay couple or split diversity crew? Nothing wrong with a few but when every TV show & movie production forcing it down peoples throats. Supposedly rumored government is giving grants to these companies to push it so they won't say no to free money.
