With over 25 years telecom and IT infrastructure experience, I currently lead the telecom department at RRD (a B2B global enterprise). I’m responsible for all aspects of the department including the budget, monthly forecast, staff management, strategic alignment, program management and operations. While I have a deep telecom background, I’m also well-versed in many other aspects of IT infrastructure and have a bent toward efficiency as I sometimes describe myself as a continuous improvement, process development, streamline and automation expert in a telecom management role.

In addition, I also provide contract-based consulting.

Who am I at heart?

I enjoy teaching, coaching, business operations efficiency. I enjoy bridging the gap between the business and IT. I believe IT is here to serve the business when we are a cost center.

I think strategically. I can see and avoid a train wreck a mile away. I naturally find ways to lower cost and improve service, reduce risk, increase quality and improve morale.
