Bugs, hardware quality problems, battery life, lack of long term software support and no stores you can easily go to if there are any hardware problems to get fixed.

What you said sounds like you never touched an Android phone or you bought one for 20 bucks for a single day to compare it to an iPhone that's at least a 1000 bucks.
If you compare an Android phone, you have to actually buy it from the same league. So, if you paid a 1000 bucks for an iPhone, your comparable Android phone has to be at least 800 bucks.
