I use https://nostr.build to upload my pics + vids. It works so well that I paid for service. I usually post pics, but just to make sure that it can handle vids too, here's one that I uploaded:

Lol, no, not me. But there was a movement amongst the bitcoiners to do 100 push-ups a day. I saw that video, thought it was funny, so saved it to my nostr.build.
