If normies started using nostr and wanted to start zappin, what would be the lowest friction way for them get going?

First step - One of the custodial solutions like Alby or Wallet of Satoshi.

2nd step is tech them about cold storage for larger stash and recommend a hardware wallet.

Usually depends on where they are based. For US, I’d say strike/cashapp is easiest.
