Since we can’t edit or delete notes, a preview option before sending a note on #nostr would be helpful. Yes there are clients that do this but here is the flow i was thinking about > click “preview” button, it will show a note before allowing you to “send” the note. So, preview button unlocks “send”

The feature optional in the settings so those who don't care can turn it off.

Meh, your notes are stored on relay that is pointless! You can find on another client

Yes. It does. If it doesn't, then you need to name the specific client and request that dev integrate the lastest protocol rules. The protocol has clear rules for editing and deleting notes. It also already has drafts, which is kind of what you propose here.
