It could happen! Practically, it would be house arrest IMHO.
So many of our presidents were rogues and rabble, despite their wealth and, ahem, breeding. Warren Harding was a skirt-chaser, for instance, LBJ was a straight capo, we all know the Kennedy saga; they just went unpunished for their peccadillos, unless it was actually God who finally put the kibosh on their legacies, or lack thereof.
