Zone 6. Probably 2 acres of cleared space (mostly grass with some trees and our existing garden) and then about an acre of woods that are pretty marshy/need clearing up.

Gaia's garden is this first great permaculture book for me but it's generally aimed at smaller lots. Mark Shepard. I got a lot out of the edible acres YouTube channel a few years back.
