This may be spam or waste of block space but it’s not a scam

Miner decides how to use their blockspace. Filters are another debate as well (should I help miners get these transactions or not)

Concur.

There is a subjective argument for spam. Either way, I'm storing it, and can prune if I want. Like spam in the mail, I can pile it up or put it in the trash.

FYI your follow list got wiped.

Your node your rules, but your block your transactions as well.

Thanks for the concern.

Kind 3 is deprecated.

I use the list as a queue of npubs to be sorted into kind 30000 lists so I can see more signal.
