Yeah, I make my own salad dressing all the time. This was just my own ranch, but I blended in some of that pre-made guac that comes in a cup. It wasn't great. Next time I'll just use some plain avocado chunks.
I make vinegarette type ones but have never done ranch. Sounds good with the avo chunks.
