I moved to New Zealand and I think it is a pretty amazing place to be, especially with the rise of authoritarianism and climate change. Not because itās a good place to build a bunker in the remote mountains of the South Island. Aotearoa New Zealand is a place with incredibly high trust, even with political divides the politics and culture here is cooperative. Sure the natural resources are tremendous and the place is isolated, but thatās not what makes it work. What makes it work is people see the humanity in each other and believe thatās more important than anything else.
