You need to go so big scale that you hire others to be the landlord for it to make sense imo.
Agreed or maybe doing it yourself when you retire at older age. It’s just not a good use of time when you have a different primary focus - Like building a company.
I’ve been toying with doing the same thing… family keeps talking me out of it… gonna be my biggest regret not following your lead sir!
