Once a week, I spend $15 on laundry in my building. I remember when I first came to the USA, it only cost a few dollars to wash and dry my clothes.

$15 to use the machines! That's crazy. That's after you buy detergent and put the coins in the machine right? (I guess the dollar bills in your case) It certainly has gotten more expensive since I last rented...
