You can take vit b12 daily with vegan diet and that will lower the side effects of feeling down and not having enough energy with consuming strictly vegan food. We suggest these for pt’s on vegan/vegetarian strict diets @jack

Vitamins aren’t a cure to anything. Similar to the d vitamins that help regulating ca+ and lowering depression/ anxiety naturally the b 12’s help with peripheral strength (nerves) especially useful for vegetarians or t2dm
