mmm Marie Rose she is more petite type body not even a loli, it could be made but needs to be with most famous outfit or will be a random female lol. I say that because I try with Mihara from #nikke and looks completely different(not posted) lol.
Another curiosity since you touching the theme, is that making lolis is technically difficult in some ways. mostly because doesn't contain data of minors like some idiots think it have(same for most stable models out of there) lol so the technique is more with pure prompting knowing certain words to make a young version of the model that is trained inside that model and using external lora like age difference so you can have a granny or a toddler for example.
