My first bear market was tough because I didn’t know how bad it was going to hurt, my second bear market was tough because I knew exactly how bad it was going to hurt.

My first one was easy but my second one was tough. I really didn't expect us to go below the previous ath. This is when I stopped looking at charts daily.
