Ultras from everywhere stick those things up everywhere. I even saw Levski graffiti in Cambridge, and german ultras... football hooligans. Usually connected to right wing political parties and their corrupt party members. And you probably know there is almost always a Red for the Blue, in Bulgaria it was CSKA, same name as the Russian one, and they spray hammer and sickles and write dumbshit like "down with monopolies". Dumb because they want communism.
