Build with a permissionless mentality at the core as much as possible, and let’s onboard billions of people to fast, low transaction #Bitcoin. 
Lightning for sure hit production state for a core set of users last epoch. It needs much more work to move to next level of adoption. I think you’re right that we will be looking now for multiple solutions working together to scale from here. Each will have its own risk profile and people will use the option that best fits the situation.
