Start small, man. Just tie it in to a normal task. Start with 5 push-ups every time you do (insert daily repetitive task) do that for 2 weeks, then bump it up 7 push-ups, so on an so forth. 1% change is easy. Extrapolate that over a few months and the results go parabolic. You’ll be surprised just how fast you’ll see your upper body fill out and tone up 💪

You got this brother 😎

You were right… Out of breath easily is indication of something. I really do need some exercises not heavily from the beginning but slowly.

Really 😭🥹🥹 Food is good but look at me now 😭🫠🫠

Right! You just learned where you are in your fitness level. Take it as data, and use it 😁👍. Do NOT punish yourself for it. If 5 is too hard, start with 3, or even less. Walk away from each ‘set’ thinking, “that was easy, I could’ve done more.” You don’t wanna dread doing it again, you wanna feel excited to go back later.

As for food, think of each morsel of food as fuel. Before you eat, think to yourself, “will this nourish my body? Would a person that looks like (insert image of your goal) eat this way?” And then decide from there.

You just need to shift your identity from “someone who NEEDS to exercise and eat better” to “a person who DOES exercise (your push-ups) and eats well (your mindful eating).”

It’s all in your head, bud 🧠 And YOU really can change 💪😁
