I'm promoting #nostr 's address generation as "account creation" to people outside of the Nostr scene.
As I type this, I comically though "ah... People are gonna negative zap me for this" like imagine that possibility xD

Wait... It can be possible... Thinking about it... Wtf xD
Basically a zap function where you'd send a not-final zap, where it has a finality after x period of time.
Example:
- User A sends User B 420 timed-sats of 24 hours.
- User A would have those 420 sats locked / they cannot be spent, while user B would see 420 sats under 'pending balance'
- If those 24 hours have passed without anything happening, user be receives 420 sats (User A's locked sats: 0, user B's pending balance sats: 0 and balance sats 420)
- if user A cancels it within 24 hours, then that would be it.
