i am using damus and also trying primal. i couldnt find a way to delete posts or undo reactions. is there a list of relays that allows to deletion? or just one relay is enough for that?
On amethyst there's just 3 dots on the post, then bottom of the menu

There's a list of relays here but I don't know how to know about deletion. It's still early days
