Very common on carnivore to not go for a few days. Less gas too. I use to worry and load up on bacon and eggs to get things going. Then realized you just don't have as much waste.

I did 3 months very strict. At a total of 8 months now with a bit of cheats on occasion.

Getting enough salt took some getting use to for me.
