Small Secure Transportable Autonomous Reactor (SSTAR)

A lead cooled small reactor design of 20-30MW functioning as a "nuclear battery" with a 20-30 year refuelling interval. Pumps and primary heat exchangers are fully contained in a truck or rail delivered reactor vessel.
