If you just want a simple self-hosted SD experience you should look at InvokeAI. Its has a more mobile friendly experience with an intuitive UI. Its much simpler to get setup and running if you use the installer scripts and supports all the same models, TE, and LoRas. It also keeps most settings and prompts on a per device level, which is a benefit over Automatic imo.

Automatic1111 is when you want to get into more complex tasks like temporally stable style transfers in animation.

Sebastian is a good one!!

My only issue is that the UI seems to be changing so fast that some older videos have me confused. Is great that new features are being added but I can get lost in the UI esp when it looks different from his tutorial.
