I only bring jerky πŸ˜‚ I cut it up and make jerky stew in my jet boil so I don’t have to chew so much. Then I drink the salty / fatty broth. It actually works extremely well. I stay satiated and energized all day and can hike like a monster. All the carb clowns who see this are in utter disbelief πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
