I have a second nostr account and for some reason, this account can't follow anyone.

I have tried Primal on Safari and Nostur on iOS and with Primal, I click on Follow and nothing happens. Nostur has the Follow button disabled.

Why would this happen?

Maybe those clients have flagged it as spam? Looking at that account I would probably guess it was spam
