When it comes to sexism, simply asking "Who e̲̲a̲̲r̲̲n̲̲s̲̲ m̲̲o̲̲r̲̲e̲̲" won't solve anything.
Sexism and equal pay are barely even related. Even if you consider "structural sexism", setting wages is foremost a f̲̲i̲̲n̲̲a̲̲n̲̲c̲̲i̲̲a̲̲l̲̲ decision. Whoever is perceived to p̲̲r̲̲o̲̲v̲̲i̲̲d̲̲e̲̲ m̲̲o̲̲r̲̲e̲̲ v̲̲a̲̲l̲̲u̲̲e̲̲, will be valued more and receive higher rewards. Why are women not perceived to provide as much in the workforce? Maybe because their contributions at work are actually worse?
Low IQ, high "drop-out" rates due to childbirth, menstrual cycles destabilizing performance etc. Men and women are NOT equal and should NOT be treated as such. Provide for your women, attend to your men like nature ordains. Notice that as the physically and cognitively weaker sex, women a̲̲r̲̲e̲̲ at greater risk - modern society tried and tries to to change that - of exploitation, discrimination, abuse etc. This is just amplified when they banish the supportive men out of their life to become their own joke of a "man" in a world of brute force and egomania.
