I used to think Real Estate was THEE path to creating wealth, then I learned I was measuring my success in a fiat currency that was being debased. And I would never be able to outrun the printer. Now I’m recovering from many years of fiat programming.

Question is - do you hold any real estate now? Ie is there a blended way to own bitcoin and RE to get best of both worlds?

I still do, it’s an interesting conversation. I put zero down and had it 100% seller financed. It cash-flowed (yield is another fiat metric) from day 1 and helps pay my mortgage after selling my business. Lots of ways to look at it.
