An email to nostr bridge.

Would be dope to be able to give a NIP05 to a non #nostr user.

He uses his email client to send me messages which I then receive in my nostr clients and can interact from there.

Does that make sense?

What would need to happen to make these interoperable?

You talking private message DMs?

Interesting concept.

Yes

Interesting… how do you envision it actually working with the protocol?

Who holds the keys for the non nostr user?

I have no idea. I’m not technical enough

Haha.

Maybe - generate unique email that you’ve signed and published to a bridge.

Any emails that get sent to that signed bridge, get encrypted with a unique one time key and pushed to the user who signed the bridge relay email.

To allow someone to email you, sign their from address, at the bridge.

you could make a seperate bot account that sends you all incoming mails as private message
