Dave, I think the question is really whether the victim of a financial fraud, being in a situation where perhaps a reasonable person test would indicate the obviousness of the aforementioned scam, somehow absolves the perpetrator of culpability in what humans may consider an ethical sense in consideration of the fact that ethics are simply heuristics for the expectation distribution of events that occur to be thermodynamically favorable (life having obviously come into existence for its negentropy maximization effects as the great physicist Shrödinger observed). What's your perspective?
