I would have them download damus or amethyst delete all relays and only add that one relay.. but the catch here is to run your own relay is not free.. so each relay you can consider a group channel..
But how would they switch between being in the group then going back into the main pool of their friends?

You see the green icons if you click it it turns Grey that means you shut it off.. so some relays I have that wo t show on my world feed.. I can shut off all my relays and send you a private message lol
Those green icons is how you create your own algorithm
