The Legalise Cannabis Victoria Party have introduced a bill to the Victoria parliament to legalise personal use of cannabis. Party MP, Rachel Payne, says the Regulation of Personal (Adult use) of Cannabis bill will allow for adults to consume and cultivate six plants per residence. “Letting adults be adults in their own home, If you are in the safety of your own home, I don’t think anyone really cares if you’re in your backyard smoking a joint” she told Tom Elliott.
