08.30 :) That's enough for a whole day. I don't recommend this to everyone, because everyone has a different health predisposition. It was a craving and I allow myself to give in to it from time to time. I eat some Brazil nuts with it, it corrects the ldl values a little. I personally find intermittent fasting important too, but the start times sometimes change. I listen to my body.
