#[0] why is no one buying 3 month US treasuries above 5% and it seems everyone is buying 10 yr US treasuries as they are yielding kuch lower at 3.5%

Just speaking for myself, I buy 1, 3 and 6 month treasures and roll em. Have been doing more ir less the same since I've been making an income as a teenager. Will say though, as more time goes on, the more that part of my portfolio I question. Especially looking back +/- 5 years. Just the opinion of a Pickle.😬👍🤓
No thanks I appreciate that. I've just never been able to wrap my mind around the logic of the inversion. Seems like in this market you would want to hold shorter duration treasuries to me so I've always hoped someone smarter than me can explain :) I don't understand why the most demand is happening on the 10-yr.
from my understanding , 10 years are for big and/or old money that are in no rush for ROI. I roll 1, 3 and 6 month to have short times to wait for my capital it needed. And I buy of my TD Ameritrade account. But should be about to go old fashioned and get em at banks. As much as I love BTC, my investments are spread out from treasuries, metals, stonks and got into crypto about 3 years ago. Love the ideals of crypto, and I try to invest where I see value or inspiration where/when predictable
