Have you ever cried from overwhelming gratitude?

Ahhh idk maybe one time when I was religious. But it wasn’t really gratitude, it was more shame because I gaslighted myself into thinking I’m not grateful enough lol so probably no. Why?
I had a good gratitude cry this morning and was kind of wondering if others have that happen often. I am a man so I am probably not supposed to cry. I find it liberating.
What were you grateful for?
Crying is very natural and healthy.
I was listening to new music from one of my favorite artists, awolnation . Working on my property. Looking out at my gorgeous views. It came over me in a big wave. I am so grateful for everything right now. What a life.
Sounds really nice. Glad you let it happen instead of repressing. I probably would’ve done that.
One of my favorite songs is not your fault by them. Never really listened to anything else they made. Maybe I should check out their new album.
That's a great song. I love all their stuff. It took me a bit to warm up to it back when they were newer. And then they ended up being one of my favorite bands.
